OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM
Services and Management of all processes are via our Dedicated Aftersales Team. The Maintenance team central hub is located within our Bradford main divisional head office and manufacturing plant. The team being centralized in the business hub facilitates the ability to provide a rapid response when dealing with general repairs and replacement components. We utilize a dedicated IT system to manage all dedicated maintenance processes from the initial instruction to the final service completion. All information is individually stored for each site on our secure IT servers for future reference. We regularly update and maintain a full asset register for each client. We currently work with and upload information to a number of clients own dedicated facilities attendance management systems.

How we Process Repairs and Replacement
The Butterfield group are one of the UKs largest Sign manufacturers so repairs and replacement components are produced quickly and competitively. We apportion hours in our daily departmental production schedules to facilitate/ prioritise small works repairs.
The manufacturing facility covers all aspects of production, and houses the latest high-tech equipment, accompanied by traditional skills including Neon Tubing production and Signwriting.
